When a child faces a challenge, the words they use with themselves can make all the difference.
We show students how to reframe “I can’t do this” into “I can’t do this yet, but I’m learning.”

Parents can help at home by modeling positive language: praise effort, not just results.
Ask, “What’s something you did today that you’re proud of?” or “What’s a challenge you overcame by not giving up?”
